Is this the real product?

Yes it is the Zeal Desk interface running on sample travel-ops data instead of your live mailboxes. Every control works: replies send, properties save, SLA clocks tick, the AI reads the thread and proposes actions you can approve.

Do I need to install anything or connect my mailbox?

No. The trial runs entirely in your browser on sample data. Nothing connects to your systems and nothing is sent anywhere. When you are ready for a real workspace on your own inbox, that takes about a week.

How long do I have access?

Indefinitely. There is no timer and no credit card. Once unlocked, this device stays unlocked come back whenever you want to show a colleague.
