Zeal Connect has launched Zeal CRM, an AI-first customer relationship management platform built specifically for the travel industry. It completes a platform that carries a booking from the first customer enquiry and quotation through to booking management and final resolution. The launch was announced at Arabian Travel Market 2026 in Dubai, where Zeal CRM and Zeal Desk were shown together for the first time.
Travel automated its shop front decades ago; the operational core never did. Agents still re-type itineraries between systems, and teams still chase suppliers by hand. Zeal CRM’s AI structures an enquiry, versions the quote as a client changes their mind, and brings supplier pricing into the option an agent is building. Once a deal is won, the booking moves into Zeal Desk, where amendments, cancellations and escalations are worked against live booking data.
